Q: When is Horizons North Credit Union moving to Westminster?
A: HNCU will relocate to our new building in Westminster on 6/16/2020. We will be CLOSED on 6/15 to help facilitate the move into our new building. We will open for normal business hours on 6/16.

Limited access inside the building will be allowed at the teller line for services, and appointments are required to see a Financial Service Representative for new accounts and lending services. We do ask that all visitors wear a mask while inside the building doing business. Our staff is being very diligent in sanitizing between members for your protection. Use of the drive-up is still strongly encouraged.

Q: Can I access Online Banking, Mobile or Phone Banking during the move?
A:Yes, Online Banking, Mobile or Phone Banking will be available during our move and when the branch is closed on 6/15.
Q: Will the location in Northglenn remain open?
A: No it will not. Our Northglenn location is relocating to 13559 Huron Street, Westminster, CO 80234. The lobby at the Northglenn location will close at 5:00 pm on 6/12 and the Drive Up will close at 6:00 PM on 6/12.
Q: Are you leaving the HNCU ATM in Northglenn?
A: No, the ATM is relocating to our new Westminster building. Our ATM is moving on 6/9/20. It will be unavailable until it is online at the Westminster location on 6/17/20. We have nearly 30,000 Fee-Free ATMs available nationwide as part of our CO-OP network. To find an ATM location near you, please visit HNCU.org or use HNCU 2.0, our mobile app for iPhone or Android.
Q: Can I access my HNCU account at Shared Branch Outlets and ATMs during the move?
A: Yes, your account will be available via Shared Branching. To find a Shared Branching location near visit HNCU.org or use HNCU 2.0, our mobile app for iPhone or Android. Shared Branching and daily ATM limits will apply to cash withdrawals.
Q: My checks have the Northglenn address for HNCU on them, do I need to order new checks?
A: No, you can continue to use the stock you have on hand. If you use a third-party to printer for your checks, you will need to inform them of the address change when reordering.
Q: Can I apply for a loan when you are closed?
A: Yes, you can easily apply for a loan by logging into home banking at HNCU.org or by using our mobile app for iPhone or Android. We'll use the account information we have on file to prefill some of the required information, to help streamline the application process. A Financial Service Representative will follow-up to complete the loan process during normal business hours.
Q: I mail my loan payments to HNCU, where do I send them now?
A: For payments scheduled to arrive after 6/12/2020 please use the address below:

If you use bill pay at another financial institution to make loan payments you will need to contact them to update our address in their system, they will not let HNCU make this change on your behalf.
Q: Is your phone number or other information changing?
A: The only thing changing is our address. HNCU will have the same staff, emails, and phone numbers at our new location.
